Machine Features
- 15″ color LCD display, 128 MB RAM, and a full Chinese graphical operating interface. No command memorization is required, making the system easy to learn, easy to operate, and highly user-friendly.
- Dust-proof, oil-proof, and interference-free touch screen, realizing no button type, making the operation easier and more convenient.
- The machine is factory-equipped with preset EDM machining parameter macros, so operators do not need to set them manually. Users can also edit and modify machining parameters, with advanced fine adjustments for current and pulse width to achieve optimal machining efficiency.
- Unique circuit design, each single pulse detection, more accurate than the general average pulse detection, the efficiency is naturally improved.
- Automatic detection of carbon accumulation, automatic slagging, or machine shutdown.
- Error messages or malfunctions, the screen automatically displays the possible causes and instructions on how to troubleshoot them.
- Various anomalies occur and different warnings are sounded to achieve discrimination, and error messages and solutions are displayed on the screen.
- Three-axis optical scales with 0.005 mm resolution and feedback display.
- The system can store up to 999 sets of machining parameters, with each set supporting 10 depth settings. It enables automatic machining from roughing to finishing, and also supports traditional single-depth and single-condition machining settings.
- EDM parameters can be adjusted at any time during the machining process. Additional machining parameters can also be edited as needed.
- Multiple safety devices, liquid level, oil leakage check, intelligent detection of fire detection electric eye sensing.
- The Z-axis locking function can be used to meet the needs of work, such as spark discharge for mold calibration or the addition of a shaking head for shaking processing.
